Fisherman drowns in sleep as his car falls into river near Penza

Penza, 7 July 2017. PenzaNews. A 56-year-old resident of Kuznetsk drowned in the Uza river near Shemysheyka  settlement of the Penza region, as the Renault Logan car where he slept fell into the water. This was reported to the news agency PenzaNews by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The department specified that the tragedy occurred overnight into Thursday, July 6.

“The investigating committee is conducting an investigation of the case,” the department added.

The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
