Penza, 13 August 2017. PenzaNews. Traffic in Okruzhnaya street in Penza in the direction of the shop "Moya Rodnya" is hindered due to a traffic accident that occurred near the regional rehabilitation centre for the disabled.

As a witness told PenzaNews, a motorcycle and a VAZ car, which blocked a lane, collided at an intersection with Engels street.

Traffic police officers, who promptly arrived to the scene of the accident, are still to establish who of the drivers neglected traffic regulations at the signal controlled intersection.

According to available information, as a result of the accident no-one was injured.

The circumstances of the incident are investigated.
