Penza communists claim about attack on regional committee building
Penza, 1 September 2017. PenzaNews. An unknown attacked the building of the CPRF Penza regional committee located in Kirova street on Friday night, September 1: the intruder damaged some of the property, filled a look on the entrance door with super glue, stuck a sheet of paper with the words "Fear God" to it and scattered leaflets around the porch. This was reported by the headquarters of Penza communists.

"The perpetrator was registered by surveillance cameras located at the building of the CPR regional committee. A complaint on the fact of the incident was filed at the law enforcement agencies. The police inspected the scene of the incident, confiscated material evidence, interviewed the witnesses and watched footage of CCTV cameras. The identity of the offender is being established," the regional committee explained.
The press service did not exclude that a criminal case under Art. 167 "Deliberate destruction or damage of property" and Art. 213 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation will be opened.
According to the camera footage, the incident occurred soon after 3.00 on Friday night, September 1. The intruder, presumably a young man, was dressed in a sweatshirt with a hood that covered his eyes, that was why his face was not visible.
At 3.08 a.m. he scattered leaflets in the territory of the CPRF regional committee – near the Joseph Stalin's bust, a minute later the man bended over the front door lock, and at 3.10 a.m. he went down the porch and headed towards the direction opposite of the building.
