89% of Penza residents find city liveable

Penza, 8 November 2017. PenzaNews. 89% of Penza residents fully or partially agree that the city is liveable. This is evidenced by results of the research devoted to work of communal services in Russian cities conducted by specialists of Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation.

According to preliminary data, 69% of interviewed Penza residents are satisfied with the condition of the house they live in, 77% – with provision of public services and utilities, and only 4% of residents – with work or communal services.

96% of respondents think that the number of houses constructed in Penza is sufficient.

As a whole, in Russia only 33% of respondents find their city liveable. 24% are satisfied with the condition of their houses, 18% – with provision of public services and utilities, 11% – with work or communal services, and 90% – with the number of built houses.

The researchers has also calculated the index of communal services conditions.

In Penza it equals to 72. The best result is observed in Naberezhnye Chelny – 100 points. The second place with the index of 99.6 is occupied by Tyumen, the third place is shared by Grozny and Krasnodar – 91 points.

The worst result according to the index of communal services conditions – 0 points – has been registered in Volgograd.
