Penza, 10 March 2018. PenzaNews. A 35-year-old man in a state of intoxication tried to get into a beauty salon in Karpinskogo street of Penza in the evening on Friday, March 9. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.

"The staff of the private security service who arrived at the scene took measures to stop his illegal actions and arrested the hooligan. As explained by the staff of the salon, being intoxicated the man tried to enter the premises. To prevent him from getting in, the women locked the door and called the police," the department said.

The press service added that workers of the National Guard handed over the attacker to the police for further investigation.
