Penza, 17 April 2018. PenzaNews. Grass in the area of 500 square metres is burning at the Penza exit from the side of the Teplichny neighbourhood.

As an eyewitness told PenzaNews, the fire is gradually approaching the highway Penza-Tambov, there is smoke over the road.

The press service of the main EMERCOM department in the Penza region explained that the signal about the fire had been received at 11.51 and two teams had immediately been sent to the site.

As it was reported before, on April 15 a fire season officially started in the territory of the region.
