Penza, 27 June 2018. PenzaNews. An attempt to deliver 21 mobile phones to penal colony No. 1 was stopped in Penza. This was reported by the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Penza region.

The department explained that the prohibited items were in three parcels that were discovered during an unscheduled inspection of a territory adjacent to the facility.

"Currently, the case is investigated," the department said.
