Deputy head of the administration of the Ortyabrsky district of the city, Lyudmila Kolomytseva observed the consequences of the incident.

"Asphalt together with the KamAZ collapsed straight near the house. In the morning there were repair works at the site," she wrote on her Facebook profile accompanying the message by a photo.

It is seen in the picture that the truck tipped over on its left side and its hind part got almost fully under the ground.

According to available information, at the time of the incident the driver was in the cab – the man was not injured.

As it was reported by a PenzaNews correspondent, by that time the truck had been removed from the pit, workers were engaged in pumping water out of it.
