Penza, 4 September 2018. PenzaNews.  A 16-year-old boy died in a fall from a height of the fifth floor of a house in Karpinskogo street in Penza on Tuesday, September 4.

As Tatyana Makhnitskaya, senior assistant of the head of the regional investigative department for media relations under the Investigative Committee of Russia, told PenzaNews according to preliminary data, the tragedy occurred between 7.00 and 8.00.

"We are conducting investigation on the discovery of the body of a 16-year-old teenager with signs of a fall from a height," the interlocutor added.
