"There is still snow, there is water, but we have already registered cases of fire. That is, the weather allows people to clean their plots of land, but not everyone, probably, does it carefully," he said during a meeting in the city administration on Tuesday, April 2.

In this regard, Victor Kuvaytsev instructed to intensify preventive work with the population.

This field will be supervised by head of the department for civil defence and emergency situations of Penza Alexei Mikhailov and the heads of the administrations of the city districts.
