Penza, 25 April 2019. PenzaNews. A high fire danger level is forecasted in the territory of the Penza region in the period from 26 to 29 April. This was reported by the press service of the main EMERCOM department in the region with a reference to data of the Penza weather service.

In this regard, the department urged residents not to make fires in forest or on peat, and not to set dry grass in the fields and in forest on fire.

"Never throw matches or cigarettes that haven't been put out on the ground, do not use pyrotechnic products such as firecrackers or sparkles in forest. Don't drive through the woods on motorbikes and cars because sparks from the muffler may a cause fire," a message posted on the website of the main EMERCOM department runs.

If a fire is detected or important information is provided, residents are asked to call 01 or 112.
