A passenger of a Lada Xray born in 1952 died in a traffic accident that occurred at the 757th kilometre of the federal highway M5 Ural in Kuznetsk of the Penza region on Sunday, July 14. This was reported by the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

According to preliminary information, at 6:20 the Lada Xray under control of a man born in 1950 collided with a Chery Amulet operated by a driver born in 1983. As a result of the accident a passenger of the domestic vehicle died," the state traffic inspectorate said.

The department added that both drivers had been injured.

Investigation on the fact of the traffic accident was organized. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
