A boy born in 2017, who fell out of an apartment on the 4th floor of a house in Tridtsatiletia Pobedy Street in Zarechny, Penza Region, received fatal injuries last Sunday evening, October 6. This was reported by Tatyana Makhnitskaya, senior assistant of the head of the regional investigative department for media relations under the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"According to preliminary data, the child's mother was in another room with her eldest son at the time of the incident," the source of the agency said.

She explained that investigation had been organized on the fact of the incident.

Currently, an investigator is carrying out a set of measures aimed at establishing all circumstances of the incident.
