Penza, 20 January 2020. PenzaNews. Traffic on the relief road of Okruzhnaya Street in Penza is complicated due to an accident at the stretch from the Novo-Zapadnoe Cemetery to the turn towards Mira Street.

The vehicles involved in the accident received serious mechanical damage and completely blocked the lane in the direction of Arbekovo. Traffic is carried out in the oncoming lane as well as on the side of the road.
