Penza, 2 February 2020. PenzaNews. A man born in 1962 died in a fire that broke out in a 60 square metre wooden house in Progonnaya Street in the village of Srednyaya Elyuzan, Gorodishchensky district, Penza region, last Saturday evening, February 1. This was reported by the press service of the main EMERCOM department in Penza region.

"A man born in 2001 was injured," the department added.

The press service specified that as a result of the incident the house had burned down inside completely.

The cause and circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
