Penza, 21 November 2020. PenzaNews. During a walk, two children fell through the ice on a river near Pogranichny Passage in the Ternovka microdistrict of the city of Penza on Saturday, November 21; one child died. This was reported by the press service of the main EMERCOM department in Penza region.

“A girl born in 2013 was rescued by a neighbour, examined by doctors on the spot and allowed to go home. A boy born in 2015 drowned,” the department said.

The press service added that rescuers had removed the body of the deceased child from the water.
