Number of road accidents decreases in Penza region

Penza, 28 April 2021. PenzaNews. 267 traffic accidents occurred in Penza region in the first quarter of 2021, almost 28% less than in the same period of 2020 when 370 accidents were registered. This is evidenced by data posted on the website of the State Automobile Inspectorate.

Number of road accidents decreases in Penza region

According to the information presented the number of people killed in road accidents decreased by more than 46% from 39 in January-March 2020 to 21 over the same period in 2021.

The number of people injured in road accidents fell by more than 29%. In the first quarter of 2021, 367 people received injures of varying degrees of severity, in 2021 there were 519 people injured during the same period.
