MegaFon clients now able to receive missed call notifications through Telegram messenger

“‘Virtual ATS’ is the first service in the world that can now send missed call notifications using Internet messengers,” the press service for the Penza branch of MegaFon informed PenzaNews agency.
As the company pointed out, a decrease in sales makes call effectiveness monitoring an important tool for any owner of a company or business, and thus missed call notifications are one of the most useful functions of a virtual ATS.
Previously, the service provider already made it possible for clients to receive missed call notifications by e-mail and SMS, said Vlad Volfson, corporate business development director at MegaFon.
“But as Internet messengers are becoming popular, we have developed this function for our clients as well. Top managers of companies tend to upgrade to the newest messaging services as well. We are the first company on the market to launch this service, which is another proof for our intention to constantly improve the level of service for our corporate clients,” he pointed out.
