The aforementioned issues can occur when trying to use SIP telephony, Internet, interactive TV and IP-VPN services, the press service for the Penza branch of Rostelecom informed PenzaNews.

“We are sorry about the inconveniences, and hope for your understanding and further mutual cooperation,” the company added.
