Penza Rostelecom branch receives Trusted Employer Certificate

Penza, 16 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza branch of Rostelecom was included in the list of employers that strictly follow the legal rights of employees, according to the Trusted Employer Certificate which was presented to the director of the local Rostelecom branch Lev Dyatlov in the regional Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 16.

According to Valery Sirotin, chief state labor inspector in the Penza region, even though the project “Declaration of Enteprise Activities in Following Legal Rights of Employees and Employers,” the certificate in question has been issued with the ID 46.

“This shows that we are issuing them sparingly and only to organizations that truly work not just for the sake of their company, but also for the sake of the people,” he said.

Valery Sirotin stressed that the organization that receives such a certificate is spared from regular audits and included in the roster on the website of the Penza region State Labor Inspection.

The value of the certificate lies in the fact that the Penza branch of Rostelecom received such praise simultaneously from the State Labor Inspection, Chamber of Commerce and regional Workers Unions Association, Lev Dyatlov told PenzaNews.

“If a man is sure in his future, if he has good labor conditions created for him, it makes his work more effective. We realize that by caring after our employees, we increase competitiveness of our enterprise at the regional job market – more skilled workers will come to us when facing and equal-opportunity choice,” he pointed out.

As Lev Dyatlov added, Rostelecom strictly followes the terms of the collective agreement, pays the salary in full, and has an active workers union.

He also noted that the company has nearly 10 personnel management programs.

“In particular, our top and medium managers visit the locations where we provide services and sign agreements, replace salesmen for a couple of hours and work instead of them, thus gaining an opportunity to see the weaknesses of the process, the perception of the company by clients, the conditions for the salespersons, which directly affect their effectiveness,” explained the director of the Penza branch of Rostelecom.

In addition, similar high praise was given to two organizations of RZhD: the Serdobsk train section (a structural branch of the South-Eastern Directorate); and the Kuznetsk train section (a structural branch of the Kuybyshevsky Directorate). However, their representatives were unable to attend the official event.
