Penza, 18 August 2016. PenzaNews. Developers of city portal “Open Penza” created a mobile application that allows residents reporting about the problems in the housing sector and attach a photo.

It will also allow tracking the status of requests.

“Our challenge is to make the application as convenient as possible, clear and simple, so that every resident of our beautiful city could use it, regardless of the phone model and skills. Currently we are testing the app for the Android, development of iOS equivalent is underway,” a statement published on “Open Penza” posted on Thursday, August 18, states.
