Penza, 20 February 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza citizens are now able to request a doctor call visit with a text message.

A dispatcher will receive the message, log the request and transfer it to the hospital, sending back a confirmation text message to the patient.

In order to request a call visit, the text message must contain the surname and the initials of the patient, the reasons behind the request, and the address.

The SMS requests can be sent to one of the two cellphone numbers – +7-937-415-67-19 and +7-937-415-72-18 – which are available for phone calls as of February 17, says the website of the Penza region Health Ministry.
