Penza, 18 November 2016. PenzaNews. Tuberculosis incidence decreased by 10.7% during 10 months of the 2016 year in comparison with the same period of the 2015 year.

The incidence rate amounted to 29.1 patients per 100,000 people.

From January to February, more than 672,000 people had chest X-ray screening. 242 were diagnosed tuberculosis during preventive examinations.

141 people were diagnosed tuberculosis in Penza. The incidence rate amounted to 26.9 per 100,000 people, the website of medical information-analytical centre of the Penza region informs.
