Penza, 4 January 2017. PenzaNews. The Burdenko Penza regional hospital became the first medical institution of the region that confirmed the fact that the system of quality management that was elaborated and approved in 2015-2016 corresponds to the demands of the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

This was proved by the corresponding certificate received by the institution on New Year Eve – December 30.

“It is the quality management that forms the basis of the effective medical organization, allows using material and human resources in the most optimal way, foreseeing and averting the risks of the provision of law-quality services,” assistant chief medical officer for the Burdenko regional clinical hospital Irina Frolova noted.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Health, during the last 1.5 years the organization team made great work on the development and review of the local laws. They identified the main processes of everyday activity, drew up criteria of their efficiency assessment, and developed the system of monitoring.
