Representatives of Biomed summarize results of congress of cardio-vascular surgeons

Penza, 5 December 2017. PenzaNews. Manufacturers of high-tech medical products belonging to the Penza cluster Biomed summed up results of participation in the 23rd All-Russian congress of cardio-vascular surgeon, which had been held in the A.N. Bakulaev scientific centre in Moscow.

Representatives of the enterprises MedInzh, Nanomed, and MedInzh Bio took part in the scientific and exhibition parts of the event presenting their developments in the field of cardio-vascular surgery.

According to the board chairman of the cluster "Biomed", the executive director of the JSC "MedInzh" Sergei Evdokimov, the medical community traditionally focused on the Penza enterprises – the cluster's exhibition stand was visited by dozens of leading cardio-vascular surgeons and directors of scientific medical organizations.

"The head of the cardio-vascular surgery centre Leo Bokeria praised achievements of our companies – both the products that are currently produced by the enterprises and the developments in the sphere of cardio-vascular surgery with minimal interference when performing operations," he explained.

Sergei Evdokimov added that at scientific sessions and educational grounds cluster representatives had presented reports devoted to estimate of manufactured medical products' efficiency.

"By participating in such scientific and exhibition activities, we create a long-term perspective for our companies: in terms of both promotion of manufactured goods in the medical community and monitoring of needs of domestic medicine for future research and development," he stressed.

The participation of Penza companies in the congress was organized by the LLC Cluster Development Centre with the support of the regional Ministry of Industry.
