Penza, 10 September 2018. PenzaNews. In the 4th quarter of 2018 the Penza region will receive nine new ambulances. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.

The ministry clarified that according to the decree of the Russian Federation government as of September 5, the region would receive five Gazel Next and four UAZ vehicles.

"The ambulances will be distributed among the centres of medical assistance operating in the regional centre," the Ministry of Health explained.

As noted on the website of the Russian government, the federal budget for 2018 makes provision for the purchase of ambulances in the amount of 2.5 billion roubles. The signed decree provides for the delivery of 895 vehicles to the regions.
