In Penza region almost 34% of population immunized against influenza
Penza, 13 November 2019. PenzaNews. The total coverage of the Penza region population with influenza vaccination reached almost 34%. This was reported by the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor).

"As part of the national calendar, 105,400 children and 330,900 adults have been vaccinated, with 15,600 people vaccinated at the expense of local sources of funding," the institution said.
The press service explained that, according to the latest data, Penza region had received about 62% of the planned vaccine volume.
"The total morbidity of acute respiratory viral infection in the region is 42.7% below the epidemiological threshold," Rospotrebnadzor said.
