Penza, 27 April 2020. PenzaNews. The number of cases of infection with novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 increased in Penza region over the past 24 hours to 283. This was said by spokeswoman of the governor and government of the region Dina Cheremushkina on Monday, April 27.
"There are 22 new confirmed cases. The geography is as follows: Penza, Kamenka, Bessonovka, Spassk, Zarechny, Serdobsk, the village of Lomovka – Luninsky area, Lunino, Kuznetsk, the village of Mamadysh – Kameshkirsky area,” she said.
Dina Cheremushkina noted that among the infected there were two children aged 5 and 15 years.
“The rest are between 18 and 81 years old,” she added.
