Penza, 13 September 2020. PenzaNews. New cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the last 24 hours in Penza, Zarechny and eight areas of the region. This is stated in a message distributed by the press service of the regional government on Sunday, September 13.

It specifies that 62 cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed in Penza, eight in Zarechny, three in Kuznetsky and Gorodishchensky areas, two each in Luninsky, Kolyshleysky and Mokshansky areas, one each in Nizhnelomovsky, Issinsky and Sosnovoborsky areas.

The text also shows that there are five children aged 5, 6, 9 and 16 years among the 85 infected.

As PenzaNews reported earlier, as of September 13, 9 296 cases of coronavirus infection had been laboratory confirmed in Penza region. 8 245 people were discharged from hospital. 117 patients died.
