Penza, 17 November 2020. PenzaNews. About 600 patients with confirmed coronavirus infection, who receive medical care in Penza region on an outpatient basis, got free medicines for treatment at home. This was stated in a message spread by the press service of the regional government.

“Procurement of medicines continues,” the text says.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Penza region explained that contracts for the purchase and delivery of free drugs to patients with COVID-19 were concluded by medical organizations, which residents of the region were registered with.

9 million roubles were allocated from the regional budget for the purchase of the drugs, and over 49 million roubles – from the federal one.
