Penza, 12 January 2021. PenzaNews. 377 babies were born at the perinatal centre of the Burdenko Penza Regional Hospital in December 2020. This is stated in a message posted on the website of the medical institution.

“Among them are 192 boys and 185 girls,” the text says.

It adds that in the last month of the year, ten twins were born at the institution, including four after in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedures.

Also, the message states that 153 newborns became the first children in their families, 147 – the second, 56 – the third, 12 – the fourth, 4 – the fifth, 3 – the sixth, and 2 – the seventh.
