Penza, 5 February 2021. PenzaNews. As of February 4, more than 8 000 people received the first component of the vaccine against coronavirus in Penza region, and almost 1 500 people received the second one. This is stated in a message of the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.

“Particular attention is paid to patients of the older age group. As a rule, the most severe course of the disease is observed in the older age group,” the text notes.

It is reminded that vaccination is carried out with Sputnik V.

“17 692 doses of the vaccine were delivered to Penza region. In February, another 28 600 doses are expected to be delivered,” the message says.
