The renovation of the paediatric department of the inter-district hospital in Nizhny Lomov, organized as part of the programme Modernization of Primary Health Care in Penza Region in 2021-2025 is completed. This is stated in a message of the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.

“The total amount spent on the overhaul, both at the expense of the federal and regional budgets, was more than 7 million roubles,” the press release specifies.

It explains that water supply, sewerage, lighting systems, windows and flooring were replaced and interior finishing works were carried out.

“In addition, new beds, bedside tables, blinds, medical furniture and equipment were purchased for the renovated ward at the expense of the hospital,” the text adds.
