Penza, 23 May 2011. PenzaNews. Georgy Kamnev was elected by a majority a new leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the Penza region on May, 21.

According to the press service of KPRF, the 27 years old Georgy Kamnev is the youngest leader of the communist party on the regional level.

During the press-conference Georgy Kamnev said that the Penza KPRF would actively participate in all parties’ projects including referendum and elections.

Georgy Kamnev studied law at Penza State Pedagogical University, and after that made postgraduates studies.

In 2006 he was one of those who organized Komsomol cells in the Penza region.

Since 2006 to 2009 he has been a head of the Union of Communist Youth in the Penza region.

Now Georgy Kamnev is a deputy director of the law firm specializing in housing and public utilities problems.
