Penza, 25 May 2011. PenzaNews. The inhabitant of the Vadinsky district of the Penza region is put on probation for causing the heavy harm to the health of his brother. According to the district court press–service, during the quarrel the man bit the victim by a poker several times.

The representatives of the department said: "The victim got a compound fracture of his right shoulder that is qualified as a heavy harm to the health".

The circumstances of the case, the degree of public danger of the committed crime were taken into account at the adjudgment. The defendant recognized his fault completely and repented of a criminal conduct. He committed a crime for the first time. The court took into account that the victim had forgiven his brother and asked not to imprison him.

The sentence took legal effect.
