The Governor Vasily Bochkarev gave the commission to make changes in the agreements with state employees, which will not allow the presence of smoking employees at ministries and departments. He declared it during the weekly meeting in the Government of Penza region on Monday, May, 30.

The Head of the region speaking about the actions dated by the Day of Refusal of Smoking, which is celebrated on May, 31, said: "People should give up smoking or leave!"

Vasily Bochkarev gave to the Chief of the Governor Stuff and of the Government Vyacheslav Satin the commission to include appropriate point as one of the terms of attestation.
