Penza, 30 May 2011. PenzaNews. The 25-year-old resident of the Penza region and the 23-year-old unemployed Gypsy are suspected of raping the 13-year-old girl in the settlement Krasny Bor of the Leningrad region. As to the preliminary version, on May, 27, the young men, being drunk, forced two girls — the 13-year-old and the 21-year- old one — to sit into the car.

According to the press-service of the investigatory department of Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation of Leningrad region, criminals took out victims in the end of the street where the 23-year-old suspect has raped the minor girl; the accomplice remained outside, kept another girl, preventing her attempts to help the minor one.

The criminal case investigation (item "b" part 4 article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Rape of the victim who isn't fourteen years old yet") is in progress now.
