Penza, 30 May 2011. PenzaNews. The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region Nikolay Lukjanov denied the information actively discussed by the Internet community, that he would be an owner of the casino chain in Penza. He declared that he was ready to be checked by the lie detector.

The deputy of the Regional Parliament said: "If I learn who spreads such gossips, I will bring them to the court. It discredits my honor and dignity. I’m working in the system of public catering, I lease premises and I do not own any casino. Therefore, if you want, I am ready to be checked by the lie detector".

He noticed that this theme started to be exaggerated "during a certain period of time with a definite purpose".

Nikolay Lukjanov said: "Why does such information always start to be exaggerated in the threshold of any certain events? Why wasn't it exaggerated half a year or one year ago? I give a speech much, sometimes I criticize and I think that someone takes an advantage from it in accordance with the political aspect".
