The riding a scooter teenager knocked down the 72-year-old cyclist not far from Penza

Penza, 1 June 2011. PenzaNews. The 72-year-old cyclist was hurt in the road accident in the Bessonovsky district of the Penza region last evening on May, 30. The press service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region said that the 14-year-old driver of the scooter ran into the elderly woman.

The press service said: "As a result of the road accident the pensioner was hospitalized with a head injury, brain concussion and clavicle breaking".
