Penza, 2 June 2011. PenzaNews. The Governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev during the meeting with the representatives of the noncommercial and public organizations on Wednesday, June, 1 speaking about the creating of the comfortable environment for disabled people offered the Head of Penza Administration Roman Chernov to walk around the city using a wheel-chair.

The Head of the region was asked about the high borders in the streets and about the problem of the road crossing in wheel-chairs. After that Vasily Bochkarev called Roman Chernov during the meeting in the presence of all participants of the round table.

In the telephone conversation the Governor said: "Take a wheel-chair and let builders who have put such high borders try to move you through it".

According "Interfax", Vasily Bochkarev gave the commission to form a working group of the representatives of executive authorities and noncommercial organizations for taking part in the examining of all projects demanding special infrastructure for disabled people.
