Penza, 2 June 2011. PenzaNews. During a videoconference with Heads of municipal districts and city districts of the Penza region on Thursday, June, 2, the Governor Vasily Bochkarev announced new forms of the young families support. Accroding to the Head of the region, the existing on the regional level form of support has not justified itself.

Vasily Bochkarev said: "The sum of 20 thousand rubles which we allocate to a young family at a birth of a child in the first year of marriage, is not the decision".

He suggested giving the land provided with all communications, which is in the property of the municipality, to this category of the citizens.

The Governor said: "In addition to the allocated land, the certain sum as the starting capital for the house erection will be provided in the regional budget — it means the individual share in building or self-financing method. It's about 200 thousand rubles".
