Penza, 7 June 2011. PenzaNews. The site of the Arbitration Court of the Penza region became the outsider of the transparency rating of the Russian Agency of the Legal and Judicial Information. The research was made with use the nine parameters.

The site was rated by 2 parameters: by the transparency of the information and its availability for the visitors. There were the presence of the cards of reviewed cases in the court, of the list of judges, their biographies, photos and data about incomes, the general usability of the site, the work of search machine, actual news and also data about the personnel of the court, the list of their phones and the phone numbers of their departments which were taken into consideration as the main rating criteria.

Each criteria valued 10 points, after that all points were summarized. The greatest score was 90 points.

The leaders of the rating were the Arbitration Court of the Republic Buryatiya and the Arbitration Court of the Stavropolsky Territory. The outsiders of a rating were the Arbitration Court of the Penza region and the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic — scored 42 points, it was twice less than that by the rating’s leaders.

According to the site of the Russian agency of the legal and judicial information, the average number of points among the Arbitration Courts of the federal subjects was 65. More than the half of the courts got more than the average point. The Arbitration Courts of the cities with federal status, such as Moscow and St.-Petersburg got less than the average point. The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region got 68 points that was a bit higher than the average result.
