Penza, 16 June 2011. PenzaNews. Three officers of the department of the Internal Affairs of the Mokshan district of the Penza region are suspected in beating of the man. According to the investigation version, in March the policemen drove a man to the suburbs of one of the villages by the official car and beat. The next day the suffered appealed to the law enforcement.

The senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: "The criminal case was brought into action in accordance with the characteristics of the case concerning point "a" part 3 article 286 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "The abuse of the rank with the violent actions".

She added that the sanction in accordance with this article is 3-10 years of imprisonment.
