Penza, 20 June 2011. PenzaNews. The Chief State Health Officer of Russia, the Head of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights Gennady Onishchenko criticized the solution of the problem of turns in kindergartens, which was found in the Penza and Novosibirsk region.
Gennady Onishchenko told to "Interfax": "The Novosibirsk region and Penza show, it would be the federal structure guilty. They are leaders in it, instead of concrete work with the use of the local deputies".
He said: "In spite of the fact that it is paid the attention to the problem of turns in the preschool institutions and there are the certain improvements, some regions didn't do the concrete work of building up the new objects and repairing of the existing and accused of the problems the federal structures".
