Penza, 27 June 2011. PenzaNews. The court of the Oktyabrsky district in Penza considered a civil case under the claim of a Dean of a high school about the protection of the honor, advantage, and business reputation and indemnification collecting from the student for moral damage. According to the court press-service, the young man was a first year student of the university and was expelled from the University for the Academic Poor Progress in January, 2010.

In April 2010 the young man put the following information on the site of the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev: "During the end-of-semester exams the Dean said that I would be expelled, because I studied free of charge at the state-financed department, instead of contract basis, and I would not pay money. The dean Р. did not want to prolong the examination period anyway, saying that he didn't want do something free".

The source in the press-service said: "The claimant considered the information to be unfaithful, discrediting his honor, advantage and business reputation and asked to oblige the student to bring a refutation of the given data in the newspaper "The Nasha Penza", and also to collect from the respondent 10 thousand rubles indemnification for moral damage."

The respondent, not denying the fact of placing the above-stated message on a site of the governor in the under a heading "Paid bureaucracy (implicit bribes)", disagreed with the claims and explained that the supplied information was placed there to make officials find out, whether his expulsion was legal or not.

The source in the court said: "The claims of the teacher to the student were satisfied by court partially. The information in Internet is recognized to be unfaithful, discrediting honor, advantage and business reputation of the dean. A judgment of the respondent obliged to place the contradictious information in the Internet recognizing the statement not to be faithful, and also 1 thousand roubles indemnification in favor of the claimant for the moral damage will be collected".
