Governor of the Penza region suggested using the German experience of development of the territories

Penza, 28 June 2011. PenzaNews. The governor Vasily Bochkarev suggested using the German experience of development of the territories of the region and to dispose the higher educational institutions out of the regional center. Besides, he expressed the idea to move regional departments from Penza to the districts of the region.

During the operative meeting in the government of the Penza region on Tuesday, on June, 28th Vasily Bochkarev said: "For example, the Ministry of Education can be placed in Mokshan, the Ministry of Health — in Kondol".

According to the governor, the authorities of Germany do this to stimulate the development of the small territories.
