Penza, 28 June 2011. PenzaNews. The Arbitration Court of the Penza region and the Chechen republic got 42 points and became outsiders of the rating of information transparency among the Arbitration Courts of Russia, which was made by the Russian Agency of the Legal and Judicial Information.

There were 3 courts which got the greatest score — 90 points: the Arbitration Court of the republic of Buryatiya, the Stavropol Territory and the 6th Arbitration Appeal Court.

The arbitration Court of the Kirov region became the leader of the information transparency among the regions of the Volga federal district with 80 points. The courts of Udmurtiya and Chuvashiya took the 2nd and the 3d places with 77 points.

The average level of the information transparency of the arbitration courts of Russia was 64 points. There were more than half of the departments, which got more than average point.

The rating was made in accordance of such facts as the presence of cards of the affairs on the site which were considered in the court, the list of judges, their biographies, data of incomes and photos, the general convenience of the site, the work of the search machine, the presence of news and data about the court personnel.
