Penza, 1 August 2011. PenzaNews. According to the head of the press-service of regional parliament Marina Timohina, the number of deputies of Legislative Assembly of the Penza region will be increased to 36 persons according to requirements of the federal legislation.  She noticed that this decision will be accepted during the fortieth session on Friday, August, 5th.

She explained: "It is expected that 18 deputies will be selected on one-mandatory election districts, the others  on proportional system: on regional election district proportional to survey, the candidates of the Legislative Assembly submitted for lists, put forward by selective associations".

Marina Timohina added that all deputies plan to consider 22 questions, such as changes in laws "About grants for the families having children", "About the budget of the Penza region for 2011 and for the planned period of 2012 and 2013" and "On regulation of ground relations on territory of the Penza region".
