The former general director of Broadcasting Company "Express" Sergey Vasjanin, supervising company since March, 2003 left the post.

Oleg Nikolaevich Sinenkov was born in Penza on October, 15th, 1964.

He's got higher education. He's the master of sports of the USSR on track and field athletics, the vice-president of motorcycle federation of the Penza region.

He is married, brings up daughter.
