In the network of micro blogs "Twitter" the personal record about prescheduled abdication of the governor of the Penza region appeared on behalf of Vasily Bochkarev on Monday, August, 22nd. This information caused a wide public resonance among users of the Internet.  The author of the record who is giving out for the governor Vasily Bochkarev said: "I give the bridle of the board @Alexandr_Filkin. Thanks to everybody who supported me all these years".

Thus Alexander Filkin, the native of the Penza region living now in Moscow, has already written in Tvitter that he considers such statement as provocation as only the president of Russia can dismiss the head of the federal subject.

As the news agency "PenzaNews" informed earlier, there are two accounts opened on behalf of governor Vasily Bochkarev in Twitter but they are not official twitter account of the head of the region.

Alternatively Vasily Bochkarev suggests citizens to participate in discussion of the performances in comments to the records in a blog and also in the section "Open line of the governor" on the portal of the government of the Penza region.

According to the regional government of since Monday, August, 22nd, the governor Vasily Bochkarev is absent on holiday.
